| The Jet Propulsion Laboratory has now released over 27,000 images of
Mars. Within the last month, they announced evidence of fluid flow. This
flow takes the form of a sudden rush of liquid down a steep incline. A
hole is left where the liquid started. Below this hole is an eroded channel.
At the bottom is a debris field of all the stuff that was washed down
the hill. The images below suggest another form of fluid flow. It resembles the plumb that might be formed by a slow seeping. |
